Why no law for men in our country?

According to the definition of 498A IPC "driving the women to suicide" is cruelty and a serious crime, it is non bailable also. Our constitution gives right to equality so everybody irrespective of sex/caste/religion has equal rights. Now question comes in mind if "driving the women to suicide" is a crime why "driving the men to suicide" is not a crime equivalent to 498A IPC? Whereas there are numerous cases of this reason of suicides.
Look at the data published by Times of India

Below is an extract of suicide data published by NCRB data 2014

Sad part of this is that inspite of more number of suicides by men still it not a concern for government. Most of these deaths (about 60 thousands) are of married men, that clearly shows that men are forced/droved to suicide. In every reason (except marriage related issues) if we look carefully we will find that it is men who is being forced to suicide by various reasons in maximum cases. Also for the "marriage related issues" if we go in details we will find,

that except dowry related issues men are more/equal in number of cases of suicides. Still we have laws for women but no law for men in our country. Do life of a man is of no value to our country/government? We have 49 women centric laws for women but not a single law for man. We have Women Commission and a ministry for women but not a single window provided where a harassed/depressed man can go and seek help.

Isn't it biasness of our system or domination/control of women organization/feminist on our government/law makers?
